The designs are unique and are unlike the designs that are available at most high street chain stores, we are sure that you will find a wide range of designs to choose from that will complement your day or evening wear on our online store.We constantly try to be as helpful as possible with advice and support making each communication count and matter to you. We endeavour to respond to your email/web queries within 2 hours during UK working hours/days. To keep product cost low we only accept and respond to email/web queries at the moment. We also aim to deliver all your orders within 36 hours or less. All our tights are packaged in our branded packaging and delivered in plastic postal packs to ensure that they remain water resistant and fit within all standard UK postal slots or boxes.We will accept and process refunds when you contact us with a order reference and proof of fault/defect within 14 days of purchase, we accept digital images of manufacturing faults or defects as a proof of fault/defect, your images will also help us improve the quality of our products and prevent similar issues in the future.
